Its good about French beans that dark green vegetables and fruits can not only prevent us from the dangers of diabetes, cancer, hypertension, kidney and liver diseases, intake of French beans can also alleviate the intensity of disease in patients suffering from these diseases.

Traditional dishes are eaten even nowadays in rural areas , however table cloths are decorated with new dishes in cities. There is no doubt that most of the beans are a substitute of meat as far as proteins are concerned. Intake of beans in appropriate amounts can help in the control of cholesterol. Beans help to keep body healthy and energized without weight gain. Children’s nutritional demands can also be met easily but since beans are not easily digested therefore it’s not good to give them in large amounts, however it has positive effect on their health if beans are given to kids in appropriate amount along with other vegetables and nutrients. Intake of beans can cure most deficiencies. Beans are beneficial for the digestive and hepatic functions while they rejuvenate the skin and make it healthy. French beans should be cooked in small amount of water; its nutritional value does not reduce if cooked in steam. When cooked with meat it increases milk in breastfeeding mothers.
